The Trecothic Creek & Windsor Railway is a miniature train setup where you can ride on model trains. The members of the Railway have built a great area to show off their passion and engage the visitors.
They are only open roughly once every couple weeks and the entrance fee to the grounds is a free donation so it is worth it to schedule a trip to take the nice peaceful ride around the grounds. The members have built a train station for passengers to board the trains. The trains themselves are made by the members as well. They have gas powered engines, electric engines, and even steam engines which boil water by burning coal.
All the members are extremely pleasant and some wear authentic dress for the locomotive they own. They are also more than happy to answer any questions about their trains or the yard.
The schedule for the 2012 season will be:
June 10th and 24th
July 8th and 22nd
August 4th, 5th and 19th
September 2nd, 16th and 30th
October 14th

Does anyone know if the trains are going to be adding another day or not? The website is not updated. I am hoping that they will add a day on October 2nd or 3rd as a large group of us would like to come down to enjoy the trains, pick pumpkins and apples. Please let me know if you know.
Kind Regards,
Angela Johnson

I checked it out and it looks like they've added another day for October 3rd. I've added it above in the schedule.
