The Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia
Not far from the downtown area of Wolfville is a beautiful park area which has a lot to offer visitors. Reservoir Park has well groomed trails that make for easy walking. Along the trail you will come to an opening which gives you a spectacular view of the Minas Basin and over to Cape Blomidon. There are a couple benches setup right there so you can sit and enjoy the view.
Besides the trail around the reservoir itself, there is the millennium trail which goes down into the woods and comes out at the waterfront park in Wolfville.
The reservoir also has an area sectioned off which allows for swimming. So if it is a hot day you can walk the trails and then cool off in the water.
